Our History

June 2006 - ULS was founded as the centralized processing platform for United General Title Insurance Company, which was wholly owned by First American Title Insurance Company.

 

March 2008 - William McNamara and Robert Franco acquire the operating rights for ULS from United General Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

 

July 2011 - ULS was acquired by USAA Real Estate Company, of San Antonio, TX, a subsidiary of USAA.

 

January 2012 -ULS new corporate headquarters is purchased in Robinson, PA.

 

July 2012 - ULS moves into their corporate offices, located in RIDC Parkway West at 1000 Commerce Drive, Park Place One.

 

April 2013 - ULS continues expansion into Texas and Arizona.
