Automated Valuations

ULS offers a variety of automated valuation products (AVM’s). These products allow our clients to select the best solution for generating a property value or assessing the accuracy of a property value. All of the automated products in our suite can be ordered individually or in bulks.

Flood Services

Flood determinations for both a basic determination and life-of-loan monitoring. This flood service offers the highest levels of automation in the industry which result in the highest hit rates and shortest turn times. MapMS is utilized for determinations, which is the most advanced production system in the industry. This system also utilizes digital flood and road layers, full color satellite images and Point Level Geocoding to increase accuracy, address standardization and automated hit rates.

Sub-Escrow Services

In addition to our traditional services, ULS provides an a la carte menu of sub escrow services and contract services to assist lenders with pipeline management. We customize these processes to meet your specific requirements and service needs. These services include various pieces of our full service traditional Title and Settlement processes including, but not limited to:

  • Title Clearance, including ordering of payoffs and lien removal
  • Subordination Processing
  • Deed Preparation
  • Trust Review and Certification
